Del Mar Leathers is in Mesa, located at 4815 East Main Street, in the Main Street Plaza at 48th Street, west of Higley. Owners Denise and Joe have been serving the motorcycling community of the East Valley for 11 years.

No doubt at least part of their success can be attributed to the friendly, relaxed atmosphere they have created to shop in.

They will help you find and fit the apparel and accessories you need for a safe and comfortable ride. Last summer’s expansion made space to allow the store to offer an even wider range of riding gear to fit to all budgets.

There are necessities and extras including jackets, chaps, vests, vest extenders, shirts in long and short sleeves, gloves, rain gear, hats, collectibles, helmets, tool bags, saddlebags, patches, pins, bells, t-bags, boots, eyewear, hairwear, and I‘m sure I’ve missed some other goodies. Shopping for someone else? Gift certificates are also available.

Among the lines they carry are Milwaukee jackets and boots, Hugger gloves, Skulldana headgear, First Leathers, and Global Vision eyewear. For those of you who wear glasses under your goggles, like I do, Global’s Scorpion line was a real find.

Although their prices are already low, you’ll want to check in and see what their current specials are. These are nice, no-nonsense people, offering friendly customer service and quality products.
